I have graduated of Technical Diploma in Kitchen and Gastronomy at Escuela Superior de Hosteleria in Seville, Spain. where I worked in good restaurant like Abantal Restaurant with one michelin star
In January 2016 I started working at Gordon Ramsay restaurant at Versailles, France. The kitchen has a gastronomic line wich is recognized with a Michelin Star capitaned by the chef Frederic Larquemin.
