I am originally from Morocco. I started being culinary passionate at a really young age. In 2004, I decided to study Culinary Arts in the Center of Hôtelerie et Tourisme in CasaBlanca, Morocco. I built my culinary career around different countries starting in Dubai, UEA in the restaurant Almaz by Momo; doing the pre-opening of the W Hotel in Doha, Qatar for two

years and landing in Turks and Caicos to work in Amanyara Luxury Resort for six years as a Private Villa Chef where he catered for royalty, celebrities and ultra high net worth guests. My specialties are Mediterranean, Moroccan, Italian, French and Caribbean cuisine. The motives behind being a private chef is to build strong relationships with my guests and provide an unique and personalized service in every occasion.
