Passionate for the wild and heritage

I'm professional chef for past ten years. I spent my past five years in the restaurant kitchen developing new dishes and growing the team and chefs individually. I believe that we are standing on a new gastronomical era edge and that it will be more sustainable, flexible, open, welcoming new people in the industry.

I would like to add that we are also in start line of the era then the consumption will be more reasonable and we will not throw away such big amounts of food.

I hope that we will find our history and heritage to bring it back to the plates and to the costumers.
