i am a Enegertic,well rounded Bahamian born chef with a world class experience with the mindset to treat others with the highest moral respect
I am a Professional Executive private chef with over 20 years in the culinary field in various hotels such as the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar as the Chef de Cuisine and established restaurants who is open to understand that life's possibilities brings every day learning possibilities . I am culinary trained by the Bahamas Hotel Training College, I've done services for private homes ,yachts and private aircraft food services in the ever evolving culinary field. iIbelieve in my Motto "PASS THE PLATE", which basically means reaching the next generation of aspiring cooks and chefs to be future leaders; this brought me to create my own catering service company with the same name. I am currently the Executive Chef at the Sailrock Resorts in Turks and Caicos.
