I am a trained/certified professional Chef/Caterer/Hotelier and a team player in good standing, with bias in a wide range of Continentals, Orientals & African dishes, Pastries, Barbeque/Grills, Outdoor Catering Event Manager, Hotel/Chef Manager. I have the ability to work under pressure and without supervision, and deliver on the goals and end result of my employer(s).
I work as the Executive Chef as well as the Owner of the Calabash Kitchen, i also experienced training the entire kitchen and production team on new menu development in the DPoint Lagos (Bar & Grill). I learned to cook at Nico Dept. Of Catering & Hotel Management.
