I studied at Johnson & Wales University...my work as a personal chef brings me to work with many different people, from Social Elites, Celebrities and Diplomats. With such a diverse portfolio of clients, I get to prepare varying cuisines from so many cultures. I appreciate new foods and learning just as much as I do preparing it.
