I have 9 years working experience, from Asian and continental. My first job is in Japanese restaurant. And I dicided to twist with French that's why I decided to work in a fine dining restaurant. I love to creat a dish which is seasonal. I love to try new idea and to creat new dish. For me fresh product is the secrete for a best dish.
