Fun and exciting Private chef experience with international standards but a local flair

Hello, my name is Dhanesh and I'm a private chef with 15 years experience in the hospitality business.

I Studied in Europe and having worked in renowned restaurants I learned to run a professional kitchen from hard work, dedication and a lot of guts.

In 2013 I moved to the southern Caribbean island of Curacao where I was hotel sous chef of the prestige Avila Beach Hotel. This is where I really learned my management skills and the solving the challenges we have that a small island has with imported goods.

In 2016 I moved to Bonaire to become the new opening chef of the Marriott in the Island. With great pleasure I manage to build a team and provide the hotel guests the standard that they would expect of this brand.

In 2018 I started my own company to provide guest on Bonaire with an fun and exiting private chef evening in the comfort of there Villa.
