My name is dilchand Anil i live in MAURITIUS ISLAND and I am a professional pastry chef working with international chefs for 12yrs. At the ahe of 18yrs old i join culinary school in Mauritius and also been working in a 5star hotel plus for 3yrs as commis pastry. After working in pastry then i want to grow up my knowledge and i want to knw more about international dessert. At the the of 21yrs old i join celebrity cruises, paul gaugin cruise, celebration cruise, P&O cruise for 7yrs. Am still working as pastry chef in Mauritius in a 5star hotel. My professional is pastry chef and i love decor plates presentation plates working with chocolate decor and taste food and desserts that my job.
