I love contemporary cuisine and I enjoy adding Caribbean flavours to it.

I am differentiated by my qualifications and skill set. Although I am a chef, I also possess a degree (honours) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a Masters in Public Health (in process). I attended Tobago Hospilatity and Tourism Institute, whereafter I recieved a scholarship to complete my Culinary degree in Canadore College (Canada).

Gordon Ramsay. However I like to believe that I bring the fire without the obscene language.
