A culinary enthusiast,A Career food and beverage professional for over 15 years in hotels/lodges.

Am a self taught professional Chef of over 15 years with a strong and easy approach to use of organic fresh ingredients..Born and brought up to a humble peasant family i developed a like in working in the hospitality industry thereby joining a catering school to do institutional and catering management.my career involves working in all levels in the kitchen from commis to kitchen manager.Started off in an Italian restaurant where i learned so as much about pastas and sauces, seafood and most of Italian cooking.further i joined Indian restaurant, pizzerias, and ventured further into international gastronomy,worked within my home country(KENYA) in different hotels ,lodges and restaurants before venturing out in different countries across African to be on the know how on the dynamics of food operations and new internati0onal cuisine.

In summary my life has been within food and beverage operations from production to service. ,Accommodation and events catering..,Fine dining as well as urban street food .I PLAY MY OWN GAME.......
