Award winning French chef with Star Michelin experience

I have developed my 30-year professional career across France (Troigros, 3 Michelin stars), Canada, New York, London and since 2010 on the Turks and Caicos Island, where I have been the Executive Chef of Regent Palms (4 diamond restaurant), the Corporate Director of Culinary & Concept Development, and the F&B Manager and Executive Chef at the Pavilion restaurant. Currently, I am a Chef Owner of a catering company, a production size bakery and a patisserie, as well as the restaurant Provence.

I have large experience with high clientele profiles, movie stars, and singers. Extensive experience with dietary restrictions, and demonstrated fine dining experience. Laslty, I am well versed on developing and cooking menus with organic food.
