I have the ability to work and manage the kitchen and oversee the service of establishments with
very high standards and customer intensity, as an Executive Chef of well-known Michelin Star
rated restaurants.
I have studied the art of enology, in order to be able to match my creation with fine wines. I believe that Chef’s responsibility does not end in the kitchen but it has to be extended, being present in the dining room to talk with guests and to listen to their suggestion, in order to offer a complete and high quality service.
