I am I executive Chef with more than 20 years in the culinary field I have expirince in Catering,restaurants,hotels and Air Catering.My best school was in NYC where I graduated from the FRENCH CULINARY INSTITUTE while I was working t the Pearl River Hilton where I worked for 6 years.After I graduated from the FRENCH CULINARY INSTITUTE I got a job as a Chef de Cusinne.
