Awarded Master Chef title in 2017, received my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2017, trained in the principles and discipline of raw and plant based cooking.

I draw my inspiration from Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Japan.

My food repertoire also range from classic to fusion food from countries like Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Greece and P.

I also specialize in unique BBQ concepts.

I am classically trained in French cuisine and gained experience working for Raymond Blanc and in top Leading Hotels of the World and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Learned to cook Modern Polish food from my Polish Fiance.
