I am a professional chef with more than 15 years of experiences ,I learned how to cook italian food in my family restaurant in Florence since a was Young guy, after I worked in different local restaurants in Tuscany as Locanda Guidi in San Sepolcro and Gran duca wine bar in Anghiari.

I went to Gianluca Pardini cooking school in Lucca (tuscany) where i learned The essence of our culinary tradition and meet there a lots of international chefs who made me thinkhing how is interest to mix up different ingredients from their culinary tradition and ours.

I developed with time the passion to cook and travell and after a few experiences around the world, On 2009 I opened my own restaurant in Mauritius Island called la Botteghita , was for the next 5 years first in trip Advisor,served fresh local and tuscany food.

On 2014 I decided to come back in Europe and I went to London to work as a chef for Jamie Oliver,one of the most important chef in UK where i learned international cuisine. On 2015 I went to work for pizzeria Fierezza after took my diploma in Pizza and bakery maker,i been Always interest in this world too. I ended my experience in london opening a gastro pub in a very prestigious area called Wapping and create the menu with international and gastro pub recipes.In 2016 i mouved in Tuks and Caicos Island where i worked for Via Veneto restaurant till now that i decided to be a private chef with Unique catering to bring my culinary experience directly in our customer' s table.
