I'm a humble Chef from a tiny island with massive ideas, integrating them into the hospitality industry to position myself in front of a larger population. I'm a culinary graduate with 13yrs professional cooking experience. In addition, synchronizing with the food I'm about to prepare; so we may become one, that's how I start every procedure. I must become one with my food, in harmony with every dish! Moreover, I love to entertain, it comes naturally for me to keep my guest captivated while in my presence, I also know when and how to respect a person's privacy and will only be that which is expected of me.
