i'm a professional chef with 14 years of experience, am from flacq mauritius, having working for the le victoria,the meridien,baystone...i liked to cuisine fusion cooking, asian...and also french cooking..i have started my career back in 2004 as an apprentice from the hotels school of mauritius .i have gained experience and learn from the best here on the island
