I am a line cook who enjoys making people happy through food and love seeing a smile on peoples face when i see them eat my food. I've been a line cook for 4 years now. My other profession is Butchery and we all know meat and cooking goes hands in hands. I started my adventure in becoming a chef because i was forced to leave my country of birth Dominica to because of a devastative hurricane came and destroyed my home island in 2017. There are days that i miss home home but my goal is to become a great chef so that i could open my own fine dining restaurant back home so that more foreigners could enjoy foods that they love in my restaurant.

I wasn't fortunate enough to be able to go to a culinary school but I got training from one of the best Restaurants in the Caribbean Sheer rocks

My role model in the kitchen is my former head chef Simon French. He saw saw something in me and he decided to push me to become a chef and it worked
A cooking secret...
My secret in the kitchen is always have a plan and a backup plan. Things have a Tendency to go sideways at times to its always good to have and backup
