I am a trained chef with over 15 years experience. Although I am extremely proud of the bold Caribbean cuisine, am comfortable with French, English and Italian cuisine.

I have a passion for food photography which allows me to craft stunning appetizers and entrees alike.

I love creating vegetarian meals and cooking for families.

I have a growing zeal to ensure that the recipes which I create are profitable and financially sound forcing me to consider food costing as my main hobby,

Amazing culinary experience for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Chef Joel made sure to incorporate foods from the island to make it a truly unique dinner. Couldn’t of asked for a more polite and professional chef to come spend time with us. Thank you!
