With more than 20 years of experience in 5-star and Forbes star boutique hotels and resorts: Amanpulo, Philippines, Turks and Caicos resorts; the Amanyara, Point Grace and Wymara Resort & Villas, I have mastered a culinary expertise from commis to Executive Chef.
I was born and raised in one of the Pacific Islands of the Philippines and now Turks and Caicos is my second home. I an an avid fan of nature, I do understands the islands best and promotes to cater its beauty and my master plan is to pair your dream get away with good food for your family and friends.
