I am a professional chef with over 15 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at Buenos Aires Catering S.A. - The Bue trainers - Argentina, where I obtained my Professional Cookery Degree in 1993. In the years after, I followed some additional cooking courses and in 1995 I obtained, amongst other certificates, the Commercial Cookery Certificate at the Regency Institute Hotel School TAFE- Adelaide - Australia.
