i am a prosessional chef with 20 years experience in the culinary world, joined Cehf John Holzwarth Fine Dining in CT USA i work in meny places in New York where i learned diferent cultures of European culinary , i worked in italian restaurants for 5 years, and after i wanna to cook french food for 3 years, after i decided to cook in a fussion restaurant where we put all our nowlage together to make one tasty and beautiful dish.
