Im lebanese 31 years old , 12 years experience in the field of oriental and middle eastern cuisine .
Currently i live in Montenegro the black mountain south Europe , Im leading 2 oriental Lebanese restaurants 5* fine dining create my own menu and kitchen Management ,
I have more than 10 video cook show in Montenegro TV and you tube and i create 3 menus for 3 different restaurants .
I have HACCP Certificate level 3 issued from UAE dubai and Previous experience in the top number 1 lebanese restaurant in Dubai (Reem albawadi restaurant )
