I am a professional Caribbean chef who is fascinated with where cultures meets culinary arts. I have 14+ years in the culinary field with experience in allergy conscious dishes for special craves. I have some years of Sous chef experience in hotels and more as a personal in-house chef. Most importantly I love to smile.

For me, cooking is natural and an adventure combined in that very moment of color taste texture, smell and imagination.

Whilst taking various classes, my first cooking job was in a villa under a well skilled chef at age 17.

A role model in the kitchen is...

I admire many TV chefs but my role model is a head chef I once worked with.

A cooking secret...

My secret is definitely smiling then keeping everything clean whilst using fresh ingredients. Some of which I grow myself.
