I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience in the field of gastronomy who graduated from the upper school of tourism professions in Athens. I have worked in large hotels in Greece and in some of the most famous restaurants and caterers in Athens. I am in Iceland during this period and enrich my knowledge in Scandinavian cuisine.
