For over 10 years I have enjoyed creating high-quality, creative and dynamic food for all sorts of clients. Within this experience, my greatest personal reward has been working in Michelin starred restaurants. Working in such a high caliber environment has equipped me with the ability to develop high quality meals consistently. Classically French trained at the acclaimed Kendall College, Chicago, USA; my style is French and Caribbean. I use the beautiful bounty that Antigua and Barbuda offers to me, making sure all my ingredients are locally and seasonally sourced.
