My experience over twenty six years as a Chef has been at 5* Star Hotels and AA Rosetted Restaurants and private members clubs. I am skilled and experienced in cooking classical French, modern European and traditional British foods as well as a new found love of Caribbean cuisine. My love of the culinary world has led me to learn many global cuisines. I am proficient in an eclectic range of modern and traditional food preparation styles and techniques.

I endeavour to use seasonal produce, locally sourced, whenever possible, using my skills to ensure the best flavours and complexities of a dish are brought to the fore. I have a passion for food that has driven me from a young age to achieve my maximum potential.
