Rodelio was born in Cebu in the Philippines.
He has worked as a Chef for over 20 years first in the Philippines.
After spending few years on cruise liners, Rodelio arrived in the Turks and Caicos in 2008.
Chef Rodelio has worked as Sous Chef at the Regent Palms, Seven stars Resort and now the last 3 years at Provence restaurant.
He is also a fully trained pastry chef and has also lot of experience in Asian and European style cuisine.
