Great food lover with over 17yrs of experience as chef in world class hotels, resorts and restaurants.
I am a passionate chef with recent past experience as Executive Chef of couple of top luxurious 5 stars hotels in Mauritius, The Westin Turtle Bay, The St Regis Mauritius and The Residence Mauritius.
During my career, I have been travelling a little bit around the world also to further enhance my culinary experience.
Working and training in Maldives, Italy, France, Dubai and Abu Dhabi have contributed a lot in making me the chef I am today.
My cooking style is always geared towards modernity and I call it progressive cuisine.
