I am a professional chef that started cooking at 15 years old then debuted my career and developed my skills in local canteens, 5* hotels and gourmet restaurants abroad. Mother of 2 and author of 2 cook books, I am a cuisine enthusiast. I presented recipes and made it in national newspapers for my work. I love discovering new dishes and sharing them with others too!
