Director of Scotts Catering, Bento Box Foods and Luxury Table Top Rentals

i am an English Chef from a Michelin Star background from the New Forest in Hampshire. I have been in Barbados for 20 years now and have a strong team of chefs that are trained by me. We specialise in catering for weddings, private dinners and cocktail functions.

Bento Box is our sister company which makes fresh sushi daily that we have in 8 locations over Barbados doing approximately 60,000 to 70,000 boxes per year.

We also have a rental company that deals with high end glasses and plate ware to go with our catering business.

My family owned hotels in England, i grew up watching some of the top english chefs pass through my Dads hotel and fell in love with food.

A role model in the kitchen is...

I have worked for 3 chefs in my life that have got me to where i am, from Rossette to Michelin. Thanks to Julio, Alex and Larry.
