I believe in cooking from the heart with real whole food ingredients that nourish the body and make your tastebuds dance!

I have been cooking for as long as I can remember. It has always been my belief food should be made from scratch as much as possible. I owned and ran a bakery/cafe, I also provided catering services, for 10 years while raising my daughter. I sold it and left for Grand Cayman in 2007. Since then I have work traveled to various other destinations, including Port Colborne, Ontario where I spent a year as a private chef cooking for 2 children and up to 10 adults. I have been back in Grand Cayman for 4 years. Food is my passion and teaching people how to eat with a conscious for the benefit of their health as well as our environment is my medicine. I cured my health through food and continue a healthy life style today. I cook from my heart, with real whole food/local ingredients and by listening to what my clients want.

I am also quite the baker and crowned the Queen of 2013's Little Cayman Agricultural Show for my very realistic rock iguana cake. During my years of owning the bakery I also decorated many wedding cakes, birthday cakes and otherwise. I have experience with gluten, sugar free and dairy free baking as well.
