Quality-focused Sous Chef at preparing and plating food in professional and fast-paced kitchens. Seeking to bring strong supervisory food preparation and organisational skills in a high quality environment with great benefits as well as competitive salary.

I learnt to cook from my mom and that is how I became a professional Chef, by learning since my youngest age to pair spicies and unveil flavors. Currently with 12 years experience in the kitchen industry, I never stoped to learn and improve myself to always offer new tastes to my clients. I have worked in many countries as Japan, Singapore, Malaysia to promote Vietnamese food. I am now dedicated to Vietnamese food in Danang city where I exercise my knowledge in a five star hotel.
