Timisha is a professional chef with 8 years’ experience in what is known as the food capital of the world, Grand Cayman. After graduating from Johnson & Wales in North Miami, The world's premiere Culinary School, Timisha Edwards return home to start her company TIA’s Table Ltd. while traveling the world to grow in her field.

Even though she travels to many contries learning and growing her skill The Cayman Islands is where she calls home. Timisha enjoys interacting with the guests and participating in the joy experienced during her meals. Cooking is a creative process that brings Chef Timisha great pleasure. She believes that cookery, like eating, is both enjoyable and nourishing.
