Young French Chef with International experience

I started my career at the early age of 15 following in my fathers footsteps as a Chef. It was a passion for as long as I can remember to be in this arena.

I left Canada in 2008 after completing 2 years of high school to commence my Apprenticeship in France where I attended 3 years of culinary school.

After graduating I spent some time in the French Alps and in the South of France.

I travelled to Turks and Caicos in 2013 to work alongside my Father for a number of years until returning back to France where I worked in Paris gaining experience as a Chef.

When my father opened his own Restaurant "Provence" and catering company in the Turks I was drawn back to this Island Paradise to work once again with him.
