I Have 11 Years cooking experience and 6 years as Executive Chef operating under 4 and 5 star hotels.
My passion for food and creativity started at a young age as a family trade took my interest. I worked as a Private chef for top rated events and celebrities including legend SA sports players and entertainers. Finalist for Dstv tv show "The Ultimate Braai Masters."
My experience includes successfully conceptualizing and developing innovative menus including Fine Dining, Banqueting, Show Cooking, A la Carte and Multi Operational Units. Optimizing guest satisfaction, cost conservation, quality control and retention while overseeing comprehensive kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, training, forecasting, inventory control, marketing strategies and financial management.
My preference of cooking style is Tapas as tasting peeks more interest rather than having just a single dish.
