My name is Ayron. I'm a young Pastry Chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants since completing my studies in Bakery, Pastry, and Confectionery four years ago. I've worked in prestigious houses such as Boroa jatetxea in Amorebieta (1 Michelin Star), Zárate jatetxea in Bilbao (1 Michelin Star), El Invernadero in Madrid (1 Michelin Star), and Lebenberg Schlosshotel in Kitzbühel, Austria (4 Stars Superior Hotel).
Recently, I completed a three-week stage at "L'Argine A Vencò" in Vencò, Italy, where I worked as a Pastry Chef.
Despite my specialized training, I have 10 years of experience in various kitchen environments, working as a Kitchen Assistant, Cook, Pastry Chef, and Head - Chef. My work is my passion, and I enjoy creating experiences that go beyond the plate and leave a lasting impression on guests.
