Hi, I'm a professional chef and I have more then 25 years of experience.
I worked in Italy , Belgium, New Zealand and Australia.
I'm specialize in Italian cuisine but I have more then 10 years of experience in Pastry.
I have good knowledge in Gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian, vegan, Keto diet, Paleo diet and any kind of allergy, I personally am gluten free.
I love my job but I decided stop to work in restaurant.
I miss cooking and I like to continued to share my knowledge and passion.
