A Master of Ceremonies, good mix between a Bartender and a Chef passing through a Maître and a hedonist. I'll always be a traveller.
I’m a job addict, 26 years dancing in the hospitality industry.
My best skill is to be able to understand my guests’ needs before they know to have them.
Having experiences as a Chef, a Maître and a Waiter makes me a good figure as a director but also a good element to display in the Orchestra.
As a Master of Ceremonies I prepare drinks and foods to bring emotions, to create unique experiences, to bring back memories of the past and to tell stories.
I believe that avantgarde has to be tied in glove with tradition, coming from tradition but using modern techniques and instruments.
But first I believe in the antique Roman Convivium.
It wasn’t only dedicated to sins of gluttony and carnal pleasures but it was a celebration of all an array of possible pleasures from poetry to music, passing through tragedy and comedy trying to reach the ecstasy of the senses.
