I'm a professional chef graduated from Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía. In 2019 I worked as an stagier in Hotel Aa Pamplona. Then, due to covid I returned to Argentina, there I had a tiny bakery and worked in a few restaurants. This year, I came to Donostia to work as a Stagier in TOPA SUKALDERIA, and I've been here since April.
