Mikel Quesada (Bilbao, 1980) is very clear about what he wants to offer the diner. A smaller menu, with special prominence of the local product.

I'm from Bilbao, Study In Higher School of Hospitality Bilbao. I started my career in Catalonia, After I started my practice in Bilbao, Bizkaia Kubita at Restaurant with a Michelin star.

After making practices in the restaurant, I was offered the post of head of departure of starters and desserts. end after a while passing as chef de partie at all.

Following on from there, I started my journey by Cantabria, as 2 chef at the Hotel San Roman de Escalante Relaix Guide Chateaux of 5 stars. After a few months I replaced the chef cooking. Where I got January 1 michelin star.

After a few years, leave me to gain new experiences and new culinary techniques.

And as you can see I keep my course in different destinations.
