Experienced Private/Personal Chef

My name is Paolo Bertucci your personal chef and cooking trainer! I moved in Marbella 3 years ago after several experiences in Milano in the food and entertainment area, always on point on the latest trends. Last of these, in 2014 I founded Kitchen Stories Milano a unique concept that has taken shape in a lively loft combining top-level food, art, music, and social entertainment. This space has become a landmark during Milano Expo 2015, a real city reference point for top-level cooking classes, social dinner and meeting point in partnership with international companies such as Meetic and Vizeat.

I worked for private cooking session, team building and catering with top-level private customers and companies as UAE Royal Family, Vodafone, Deutsche Bank, Publicis, Kraft Heinz, Banca Mediolanum, Siemens

In my personal experience, I also developed considerable expertise in international cuisine, working in several restaurants in Milano side by side with top-level chefs featuring various styles. In particular, I developed a strong interest in Asian food and the South American coming to find my own style that crosses different ways without forgetting my Italian origin. I also edited with particular interest the development of vegan and vegetarian menus thanks to the study at the Organic Academy of the Michelin starred chef Pietro Leeman (Joia Milano). Also to note my participation in the Chinese television program “Greatest Chef China Italy Edition”

Actually, I am available for personal services in the Costa del Sol area from Marbella to Sotogrande and I collaborate with Food Room a cooking school in Marbella where I am one of the chef lecturers. Once a week I also give cooking classes at Laude International College in San Pedro de Alcantara.

- Creating sensational dishes, whether they be simple and well-executed, or more elaborate/fine dining

- Experience in UHNW setups

- Wide repertoire of dishes (Asian, Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian, Latin America, Middle Eastern, Vegan)
