A professional Pastry chef with a solid background in French baking and cooking. A solid 10 years of experience in commercial and private establishments is something I can be proud of by touching other peoples' lives through food. I have also a background in making healthy, vegan and gluten-free pastry products and food.

Specializing in French Patisserie, I enjoy teaching and sharing my skills in making macarons, eclairs, entremets, petits fours, tarts and pies, gateau de voyage, etc.

Currently based in Helsinki, Finland, I spend my free time learning the French language. and playing sports.
