Alexandros Kourkoulis was born in 1993 and currently resides in Athens. He is a professional cook since 2009 and in 2012 he graduated from IEK PRAXIS
as a technical expert of the culinary art.
He has collaborated with several chefs in restaurants like 48 Urban Gardenand Costa Navarino, and as of 2015,
he is the head chef of the bistro kitchen of Inn ATHENS hotel.
His teachers, Vaggelis Moraitis and Marinos Kosmas, have been an influence to his cooking style, which combines modern Greek cuisine with elements from Japan,
Peru and the USA.
His perception of cooking has always been defined by his favorite music and being among his friends
