Cuisine enthousiast, I seek perfection in every dish
I studied in Paris catering, cooking and pastries and worked in different hotels and restaurants where I learnt to get creative with flavors, colors and forms ! I traveled in many countries, seeking new tastes, inspiration and I discovered different ways to cook.
My family being vegan, I got interested into it and the raw diet as well, and I created delicious dishes where you will not miss of anything. I have a pastry diploma as well so don't worry if you are craving for homemade sweets !
I can cook French cuisine, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican... and I can adapt the meals plan to any diet !.
