Cuisine is my whole life.Studies arround the world, working for Alain Ducasse and Raymond Blanc.
I start study in 1991. Greece then Swiss then France. Work,study and teaching in States,Europe,Asia. I was working for Alain Ducasde and the last 2 years for Raymond Blanc.9 years as a teacher of Mediterranean cuisine. As private chef,chef at home and private parties I'm working the last 10 years.Paris,London,Mykonos. I have 1 golden star from Actuallidad (Spain) and 3 from Greece. I can work in London but if money are good arround UK. Thanx
