A hard working private chef with a communicative character
In the winter time I cater for the demanding clientele of Mountain Exposure AG in the Swiss Alps. Recently I was the head chef of 4* President hotel (500 rooms) in Athens. After over 15 years of experience I have concluded that I do not like large scale food industry but the personal touch and communication of being a private chef. In my free time I write recipes for a recognised Greek magazine and teach cooking classes at a modern cookery club. It will be my honour to be in touch to every client that is interested to have a private chef.
