I’m born and raised in Hong Kong and from a family that has an herbal medicine background. I recognized how food could be used for medicinal therapy from an early age and understand that food is medicine.
I have a strong background in Western cuisine & pastry kitchen operation and have many years of work experience, being creative with menu design; and innovative cooking technique skills on plated dessert. HACCP practice is of great importance to me as well as having a great enthusiasm for food.
