i am a qualified chef who graduated from the City and Guilds London institute. i specialize in Cape Malay cuisine which is unique to a town in Cape Town South Africa called Bokaap... Bokaap is extremely well knows for its variety of cooking techniques and flavorsome dishes. i have over 12 years experience and i have just recently taken a restaurant in South Africa into the top 10 rankings before i moved to Hong Kong. i am currently in Hong Kong building my knowledge on traditional asian cuisine hoping to broaden my culinary knowledge. i specialize in Cape Malay cuisine, fusion and western cuisine. my dishes are packed with flavour and also something many have seen as works of art. my portfolio's are available on request
